    Mediation
Mediation is a modern approach to resolving disputes between legal entities and individuals, suitable for both judicial and extrajudicial cases. This process provides neutral facilitation to achieve a mutually acceptable agreement. Mediation services help parties save time, reduce costs, and preserve business or personal relationships.

    Who is a Professional Mediator?
A professional mediator is an independent and neutral specialist who assists parties in a conflict to find a mutually beneficial resolution. Mediators possess years of experience, specialized training, and deep knowledge of law and conflict psychology. They do not take sides or impose decisions but instead create a conducive environment for confidential dialogue and compromise. The mediator's primary role is to structure the process so that parties can hear each other, analyze their interests, and reach an agreement.

    Process and Outcomes:
    • Extrajudicial Mediation: This process can result in a mediation agreement, which may be notarized to provide it with the enforceability of an executive document.
    • Judicial Mediation: When conducted within a judicial process, the mediation agreement is approved by the court, ensuring its enforceability.

    Advantages of Mediation:
Mediation is an entirely confidential procedure, allowing parties to freely discuss any issues and find solutions without fear of information leakage. Mediators are bound by confidentiality and cannot disclose any information obtained during the process.
Another significant advantage is the considerable savings in time and resources. Statistics indicate that over 80% of disputes resolved through mediation conclude with an agreement within a few sessions. This helps avoid lengthy litigation with its unpredictable timelines and financial costs. Instead, parties can promptly reach a mutually beneficial solution, maintaining control over the outcome.
